Arabian Travel is a travel agency located in Punchbowl, New South Wales, Australia.
We offer a range of travel services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
We are currently seeking a qualified Travel Consultant to work on a Full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.
The Role
Responsible for planning and organising domestic and international travel, accommodation, and related services to meet the specific needs of clients.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.
· Travel Advice: Offer guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, medical requirements, and baggage restrictions.
· Booking Services: Arrange and confirm reservations for transportation, accommodations, car rentals, and tours.
· Itinerary Preparation: Create detailed travel itineraries and provide clients with all required travel documents.
· Visa and Insurance Support: Assist clients with visa applications, understanding government regulations, and arranging travel insurance.
· Problem Resolution: Address and resolve travel-related issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen problems.
· Sales and Promotion: Recommend and sell travel packages, exclusive deals, and special promotions to clients.
· Record Management: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel preferences.
Work Experience and Skills
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
· People oriented and results driven.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Passion for travel
· Multi-lingual.
