The Role
Join an inclusive and innovative global FMCG business with 25,000 employees, as an S&OP Analyst on a Twelve months, fixed term contract, end date December 19 2025 .
You'll play a key role in driving sales and operational planning, collaborating with diverse teams to optimise processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.

Be part of a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth within Supply Chain Team.

Support the S&OP Manager in enhancing forecasting accuracy for the ANZ markets by monitoring and delivering forecast drivers.
Prepares the AU Demand Review Meeting in alignment with the cluster SOP agenda and reporting requirements.
Ensures integration of local ANZ processes with regional and global strategic planning.
Collaborates with the central GSC and internal functions on Demand Planning and Supply Chain initiatives.

Principle Accountabilities
Forecasting & Data Management : Collect and analyze forecasting assumptions, ensuring accuracy and granularity, while communicating demand plans to the Global Demand Planning & S&OP team.
Collaboration & Input Gathering : Gather macro demand drivers from Insights, brand plans from Marketing, and sales activity plans from relevant teams to inform the demand plan.
Demand Review & Alignment : Prepare and lead Monthly Demand Review Meetings to align sales forecasts across stakeholders and ensure accuracy in long-term demand plans.
S&OP Process Optimization : Continuously review and refine the S&OP process to meet business needs, including preparation for SOP meetings and capturing actions and outputs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Monitor KPIs related to sales forecast accuracy and stock management, set up regular reporting, and address any supply risks or issues with local and global teams.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in demand planning / supply chain roles with a proven track record in commercial analysis.
Cultural adaptability and sensitivity, proficiency in Python, R or Power BI.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build networks across global teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with SAP (R/3, Material Management, APO).
