We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate occupational therapists eager to serve NDIS paediatric clients in their local area and provide essential functional assessments for children.

Our clients are spread across metropolitan Sydney regions.Administrative Support: Our team handles communication with case managers, so you can focus on delivering excellent care.Independence: Take charge of your work and enjoy the freedom to make decisions that shape the care of your clients.Professional Growth: Encounter diverse clients with unique needs, enhancing your professional experience.Our NDIS Paediatric Clients Require Services Such As: Functional Assessments: Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine a child's ability to perform age-appropriate daily activities.Developmental Assessments: Assessing fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive development.School-Based Assessments: Evaluating a child's functional capacity in an educational setting.Assistive Technology Recommendations: Identifying and recommending adaptive equipment and technology.Referral Process At Timely Home Care, we make the referral process seamless: Referral Request: We receive client referrals from NDIS coordinators or case managers.Referral Acceptance: If the referral matches your availability and expertise, you accept the referral.Client Scheduling: Coordinate directly with the family to arrange a convenient appointment.Service Delivery: You provide the required services.
We handle all communications with NDIS coordinators and case managers.Reporting: Submit your report, and we ensure that all relevant documentation is passed on to the case manager.Ideal Candidate We are seeking occupational therapists who may be sole traders or professionals with full-time or part-time roles looking for extra work.
The Ideal Candidate Is: Experienced in conducting functional and developmental assessments for paediatric NDIS clients.Skilled in working with a variety of developmental, cognitive, and physical conditions.Independent and capable of managing referrals autonomously.Flexible and adaptable to accommodate client schedules.Proactive in delivering personalised care.Excellent in communication to interact effectively with clients, families, and case managers.Multilingual ability and cultural sensitivity are highly valued.Professional Registrations The Ideal Candidate Will Have (or Be Willing to Obtain): Independent contractor work rightsProfessional indemnity and public liability insuranceDriver's licence and access to a vehicle (recommended)AHPRA registrationWorking With Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckCOVID-19 vaccination certificateNational police check certificateApply Now We look forward to your application
