Your responsibilities will include:
Paid Media & Campaign Management: Lead, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
Own the entire campaign lifecycle from strategy to reporting, ensuring alignment with business KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CAC, CPL).Budget Oversight: Manage a six-figure monthly marketing budget, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.Team Leadership: Oversee and collaborate with the marketing team, facilitating effective workflows and strategic execution.Strategic Development & Execution: Work closely with the Marketing Director and extended team to design marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth, funnel optimization, and campaign scaling.CRM Collaboration: Work with the CRM team (HubSpot) to manage campaigns and provide data-driven insights.Who We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate brings a strong blend of performance marketing experience, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills:
PPC/Paid Search & Social (Expert-Level): Extensive experience managing high budgets and optimising (Lead Gen) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Meta.Proven experience in performance-based marketing, including lead generation, conversion optimisation, and end-to-end campaign management, data optimisation and creative/copy collaboration.Proven experience managing substantial ad spend budgets, with a focus on optimising ROI and cost-effectiveness.Ability to effectively mentor and collaborate with a marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.Experience leading growth-focused marketing initiatives, driving performance improvements and delivering measurable results across multiple channels.Expertise in analysing campaign performance data, generating actionable insights, and implementing data-driven strategies for optimisation and growth.Industry Experience: Bonus if you have experience in the earthmoving, construction, or B2B sectors, but not essential.Who are we?
