That's what makes us Roche.As the Product Specialist - Serum Work Area, you will be responsible for providing second level technical support for Roche Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay platforms and have product management responsibilities for selected Core Reagents.What you will be working on:Provide second level technical support to the Applications Team and our customers for SWA SystemsSupport the product management of selected CC/IA on market reagents (Core Reagents which will be Immunosuppressives, Substrates and ISE)Deliver customer communications for the defined reagent portfolio responsibilities in collaboration with other respective stakeholders including Regulatory, Solutions and/or ApplicationsManage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in fullSupport the Serum Work Area Solution Managers in the definition and execution of Marketing strategiesDevelop product training tools for the defined portfolio to support our internal and external stakeholdersWork with the Sales and Support teams to deliver a positive customer experience by providing subject matter expertiseWho you are:As a results-driven customer centric individual, you are able to think through problems and consider the impact of solutions and are able to build strong collaborative relationships with your customers.
As a Product Specialist, you are expected to:Share knowledge with respective internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindsetBe customer focused, working to drive positive outcomes for both our customers and patientsYou have:Degree or equivalent qualification in Biochemistry or ImmunochemistryPrevious experience working in a Biochemistry (routine) laboratory preferredExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional activities and stakeholders including Sales and Support, Regional and Global counterpartsThis field-based role requires full eligibility to live and work in Australia as visa and/or relocation support is not available for this role.What we offerRoche offers rewarding growth opportunities, a competitive remuneration package and a collaborative culture where people are united in purpose and will stretch you to be brave, speak up and think differently.
