About the Role : Be the first point of contact with our customers via face-to-face, phone or email.
We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and who puts the customer at the centre of everything they do.
Main Duties : Entering bookings into our system, opening and closing rentals, and detailing the vehicles for our next customerAdministration - receiving bookings face to face, email or phoneDetailing - vacuuming and washing vehicles ready for the next rentalRecord keeping taking accurate photographs of every vehicle, then uploading them into the app before each rentalSkills, Experience and Attributes : Minimum two years customer service (hospitality, retail or similar)Must have a current driver's license condition of employmentAdministration experience is beneficial but not necessaryComputer literate word, CRM, emailSense of urgencyNational Police Check - or willing to undertake a police checkCulture : Be a part of something big.
