Building Inspector / Remedial Engineer NSW Strata Inspector Sydney NSW EngineeringJoin the team at NSW Strata Inspector as a full-time Building Inspector / Remedial Engineer in our Sydney office.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive building inspections and providing expert assessments and remediation solutions for strata properties across New South Wales.
What you'll be doing Perform detailed building inspections to identify waterproofing, structural, safety, and maintenance issuesAnalyse inspection findings and prepare in-depth reports with recommended remedial actionsLiaise with strata managers, property owners, and contractors to coordinate remediation workMonitor and oversee remediation projects to ensure quality and complianceProvide technical guidance and expertise to support the strata communityStay up-to-date with industry regulations, building codes, and best practicesReach out for new clients (strata manager, developer, building manager)What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural EngineeringProven experience as a building inspector or remedial engineer, min.
