As an Onboarding and Maintenance Associate at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of "Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers" award.

What you'll be working on
As an Onboarding and Maintenance Associate, you'll be the critical gateway for new clients entering our investment platforms.
Your role involves:
Carefully reviewing and processing non-standard account applications Ensuring rigorous compliance with KYC and AML regulatory requirements Accurately updating client information across our trading systems Collaborating with internal teams to streamline client onboarding Playing a key part in maintaining the integrity of our client management process At CMC Markets, you're not just processing accounts – you're enabling financial potential for our clients across markets around the world.

Previous onboarding experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
