We strive to provide the highest standard of care, advocating for individual needs in care planning, and leveraging each other's skills to make a meaningful difference.Where You'll Be Working :In this position, you will deliver services across both the acute and rehabilitation programs at Cumberland Hospital.You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments and provide interventions based on a recovery model, supporting consumers in reaching their highest level of functioning.Additionally, you will develop and facilitate group activities and programs aimed at helping consumers improve their independence in daily tasks.Our department comprises of dedicated Occupational Therapists, Diversional Therapists, Art Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists.
