As Rehab Assessment Service Lead your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the timely assessment and admission of prospective rehabilitation patients into our hospitals across multiple catchment areas that cover metropolitan MelbourneLeading a group of health professionals to support the promotion and growth of rehabilitation servicesDeveloping relationships with key stakeholders including referring hospitals, doctors, nurses and allied health professionalsHealthscope's Victorian Rehabilitation Hospitals include The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre (Glen Waverley), North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre (Ivanhoe) and Dorset Rehabilitation Centre (Pascoe Vale).

We offer a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary team servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. Selection Criteria: Degree in Nursing or Allied Health disciplineCurrent AHPRA registrationDemonstrated ability to lead a team of health professionalsDemonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in rehabilitation and understanding of rehabilitation guidelines desirableApplications close: 16th January 2025
