Company Our client is a leading player in the accommodation and hospitality property sector and is seeking a talented Analyst to join its growing team.

Position: Analyst – Accommodation This Analyst role provides a unique opportunity to engage in detailed asset analysis, conduct industry research, and produce high-quality sales content.
The position is critical to supporting the team and ensuring the delivery of professional business activities and client solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse commercial accommodation assets, focusing on financial performance, location, attributes, and potential.Source and consolidate detailed information from various stakeholders and public sources.Create professional-grade information memorandums, proposals, vendor reports, and marketing materials, working with designers and suppliers.Draft polished correspondence and documentation for review.Provide insights and assistance for pitches, presentations, feasibility studies, and market consultancy projects.Maintain and analyse databases related to transactions, ownership, and market performance.Stay updated on industry and economic trends to position the organisation as a market leader.Support the team with ad-hoc analytical projects.Knowledge and Skills: Strong persuasive writing and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with InDesign is advantageous.Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Personal Attributes: Energetic, positive, and proactive approach.Demonstrates honesty, diligence, and pride in their work.Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and tasks.Why Join?
