Contracts Administrator

DescriptionAUSPAN are now inviting Contract Administrators to join our team to assist with the delivery of commercial and industrial D&C building projects across Western Australia.
We have multiple opportunities open to hardworking, smart and goal-oriented Contract Administrators.
The successful candidate/s will demonstrate their ability to provide high-level support to ensure construction projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and in accordance with Auspan's quality expectations and WHS requirements.
They will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a "CAN DO" attitude and be keen to tackle the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business.
The Main Responsibilities Would Include: Coordinating inbound and outbound correspondence in a professional and timely mannerManagement of building contracts, contractual claims & variationsAssistance in project cost reporting & forecastingLiaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractorsNegotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administrationCoordinate contractor mobilisation requirements to meet project requirements.Document controlImplementing and improving processes, and related documentationAbout You – Skills and Experience Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:

This position will be based in our Canning Vale office.
The Minimum Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.Provide a National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.Be health, safety and environmentally consciousDisplay a collaborative teamwork styleThe ability to make practical decisions under pressure.Come join us, follow the prompts to apply.
