Amplifon Australia is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our #makemorepossible team
About the role The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently handle files and tickets for warehouse.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities: Client's file
Manage outbound relocation client files to other providers, maintaining proper documentation and records.Manage inbound client files within the Hearing Services Program 'dropbox.'Report on outbound and inbound relocation activity under direction e.g.
to, from, numbers, reasons, datesAssist in the organization and maintenance of clinic-to-clinic files and archives.Support for relocation of digital files via HSP portalSupport with processing of HSP relocationOther
