What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in Leading and Developing the Team: Onboard, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed member expectations.
• Enhance Club Operations: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and streamline daily operations.
• Foster a Positive Club Culture: Promote teamwork, integrity, and empowerment within the club, ensuring that both members and staff thrive.
• Drive Membership Growth and Retention: Collaborate on creative strategies to attract new members, build lasting relationships with existing ones, and ensure they feel inspired to continue their fitness journeys.
Manage Our Amazing Group Fitness Offering: Oversee a dynamic schedule of classes, including state-of-the-art mind and body sessions and high-energy cardio/strength classes.
Ensure our studios deliver inspiring experiences every time.
What We're Looking For
• Management experience (preferably in the fitness industry).
• Group Fitness Instructor experience(Preferably trained in at least 1 Les Mills module)
• Proficiency in using computer systems and a good understanding of social media marketing.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
What matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and drive growth
NOTE: This is a full time position, will include teaching a minimum of 2 Group Fitness Classes a week and may include 2 evening shifts a week
