Viva Leisure, parent company to Plus Fitness, is looking for those interested in future development opportunities which may lead to club management, as part of our Future Leaders Programme.
This programme is designed to develop Assistant Club Managers into future Club Managers and provide a pathway to manage your very own club.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership, management, and passion for health and well-being to all members and employees associated with Plus Fitness.
You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders in the fitness industry, gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop the skills and knowledge to become a successful Club Manager.
Day-to-day duties could consist of servicing clubs, maximising sales memberships, supporting members with general queries, club tours for prospective members, and ensuring that the club environment is clean and well-presented for all.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe skills & qualifications we are looking for:
