Undergoing significant growth, we've become a preferred supplier to the valued Clients in the resources industry delivering complete turnkey solutions for disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication and access support solutions.
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of a wide range of site and trades positions, you will work in a fantastic team to deliver volume resourcing requirements for a solid pipeline of work. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to target both active and passive candidates, utilising multiple sourcing channels/ technologies.
Run job ad campaigns, conduct in depth phone screening, reference/background checks and face to face interviews.
Keep up to date with market changes and identifying key target areas to attract candidates.
Create and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
Liaise with the mobilisation, training, and compliance teams to ensure the successful onboarding of candidates.
Generate KPI reporting as required.
About You: A proven track record in delivering end-to-end recruitment services in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Prior experience/ knowledge of the Mining, Resources or Construction sectors is highly desirable.
A strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to achieve recruitment outcomes.
Proven experience in providing recruitment advice and sourcing strategies.
Previous use of JobAdder and OPMS is desirable.
Ability to manage and work in a fast-paced environment and volume resourcing.
Strong work ethic with customer focus.
