Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders.A little about the roleReporting directly to the Director of Project Management Office, the Change Manager will drive organisational success by leading the adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies.This newly created position will act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, developing and implementing change management plans that ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute change management plans for initiatives aligned with KAA objectives, using a milestone-oriented approach to ensure you lead people through change.Work collaboratively with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.Establish metrics and benchmarks to demonstrate progress and evaluate the success of change initiatives.Prepare and present reports on change management activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to integrate change management into business plans.The base salary for this position is $130,000 – $140,000 per annum (based on 1.0 EFT) + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with potential for extension.About youThe successful applicant will come with:A recognised Change Management Certification.Demonstrated experience in Change Management in medium to large organisations on a national basis.Experience with establishing advanced Change Management plans, processes, tools, templates and frameworks, from scratch.Extensive knowledge of change management methodologies, best practices, evidence-based approaches, and meeting legislative requirements where necessary.Solid virtual leadership, influencing, and emotional intelligence skills with demonstrated ability to engage others to understand and embrace organisational culture, directions, goals and client service ethos.My Key AssetsThe health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee and client experience.
