Technical Project Manager

Circa $200k + Super Inner City Location Hybrid Working As the Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of our Retail POS Software Platform, ensuring it is ready for rollout and live operations.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align implementation with strategic objectives and oversee the transition to operational handover.
Post go-live, you will join our clients Store Technology Squad to drive continuous improvement and deliver new features.
Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Platform Readiness (Pre-Go-Live): Deevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and customer teams to define requirements Oversee software deployment, configuration, and testing Secure and manage resources for successful implementation Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process Transition to Operational Handover: Coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager for a smooth transition to steady-state operations Validate operational readiness, ensuring all processes, tools, and systems are in place.
Post-Go-Live Feature Development (Store Technology Squad): Prioritize and deliver new features from a backlog Contribute to ongoing improvements in platform functionality and user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of enhancements Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing complex software platform implementations, in retail POS Strong technical background in software development, integration, and deployment Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies Experience with retail POS platforms or similar systems in large-scale deployments Like to know more?
