A full time, continuing position to provide executive support to the Vice-President, Advancement, and leadership within Advancement operations.
Located at Camperdown/Darlington Campus.
Starting salary of $121,508 base plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.
About the opportunity
Join our Advancement Operations team and report directly to our Executive Manager.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Vice-President, Advancement, and leading a team of Executive Assistants.
You'll ensure seamless operations and strategic support, and coordinate all aspects of their day-to-day and strategic priorities.
This position requires exceptional tact, sensitivity, diplomacy, and attention to detail, along with extensive operational, interpersonal and client services skills.
It's ideal for candidates eager to expand their capabilities, with aspirations for future roles such as Executive Director or Chief of Staff.

Strong experience in providing executive support services at senior leadership level Proven leadership of people within time critical, administrative functions Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in business systems and computer software packages Professionalism, diplomacy and tact when handling confidential information Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement Ability to prioritize and determine the strategic significance of incoming inquiries and correspondence Analytical curiosity with well-developed problem-solving skills Most importantly, a true desire to go above and beyond.
