As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be at the heart of a fast-paced and high-stakes environment, liaising with senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.

What is unique about you? As an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO of a fast-growing and leading fintech company based in Sydney CBD.
You excel in fast-moving, dynamic environments, bringing a keen eye for detail and exceptional emotional intelligence to everything you do.
As the CEO frequently travels, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel schedules, and ensuring that all logistics run smoothly.
You must be able to work independently, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation.
With strong resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure, you'll often be handling last-minute changes and tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the fintech industry or a strong desire to learn about it.
While you may not be an expert, you should be passionate about the industry and eager to gain knowledge and expertise.
You are someone who automatically takes initiative, anticipates needs, and proactively solves problems, demonstrating your commitment to getting things done.
With exceptional organisational skills and the ability to maintain a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure that the CEO's time is used effectively and efficiently.

A snapshot of your role…. Take full ownership of calendar management and scheduling for the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, meetings, and events across multiple time zones, while proactively managing competing priorities and deadlines.Efficiently manage the CEO's inbox, prioritising urgent emails, scheduling key meetings, and ensuring all communications are responded to promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of organisation and efficiency.Coordinate and handle complex international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing all logistical details to ensure smooth, hassle-free travel for the CEO.Provide personal support as needed, assisting with tasks that help the CEO maintain a healthy work-life balance, from managing personal appointments to handling confidential matters.Oversee the smooth functioning of office operations, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the office environment run efficiently and effectively.If this sounds like your dream role, please apply now for immediate consideration
