Job DescriptionThe Financial Crime and Quality team ensures that within Superannuation Operations GROW meets the highest standards of quality and complies with AML/CTF obligations on behalf of our clients.
ResponsibilitiesSupport GROW's data integrity initiatives by assisting in the review and resolution of data quality issues, ensuring that our processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Data Integrity processes and procedures.Regularly assess data for inconsistencies and inaccuracies, completing investigations and implementing corrective actions to resolve exceptions.Collaborate with the Reporting team to establish data quality standards and identify opportunities for enhancing data integrity processes.Collaborate with operations, IT, and compliance teams to support data-related initiatives and enhance overall data integrity.Assist in the preparation of reports as required for both internal and external stakeholders.Provide support to other team members where skill gaps exist, support cross skilling of yourself and team members.Advocate opportunities for continuous improvement working with your Stream Lead & Operations Support specialists to identify risks and defects relating to existing solutions to optimise operational efficiency and service excellence.Ensure all risks and incidents identified are raised immediately with your Stream Lead or Manager, including supporting in any root cause (to reduce further risk) and active participation in the rectification process.Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROW Birthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics.We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant.
