Cost Planner/Estimator

About The RoleWork autonomously and in a team to complete commercial tenders, up to $150 mil.
Liaise with Clients, sub-contractors and architects during the tender process.
Receive support from a highly experienced pre-construction team.
Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.
Your BackgroundIdeally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a Cost Planning or Estimating roleKeen knowledge of construction sectorStrong communication skillsEye for detailYou will receiveWork on a diverse range of commercial projectsRewarding environmentAttractive salary package, above market rateWork with leading Senior Estimators in the marketCompany & CultureWell renowned tier 2 builder has established itself as one of Australia's leading commercial builders.
