We're now seeking a visionary Head of Technology to spearhead innovation, elevate processes, and embed cutting-edge technologies, including AI, across the business to ensure Dilate remains at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.

The Role
As the Head of Technology, you will lead the strategic direction and implementation of technology initiatives, overseeing three core areas of responsibility:
Innovation, Efficiency, Process Improvement Mentoring, Training, and Talent Development Departmental and Technological Performance Your success will be measured by Function GP%, ensuring all initiatives drive measurable growth and align with the company's strategic and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Innovation & Process Improvement
Develop and execute forward-thinking technology strategies to enhance internal operations and client-facing solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and other technologies to increase efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate innovative tools and workflows seamlessly across the agency.
Stay ahead of industry trends, driving the adoption of emerging technologies that align with Dilate's Better Everyday philosophy.
Mentoring, Training, and Talent Development
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technologists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Design and implement robust training programs to upskill the team in areas such as AI, machine learning, and other emerging fields.
Provide ongoing mentorship, creating clear paths for career development and team advancement.
Departmental and Technological Performance
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the impact of technological initiatives.
Align departmental goals with the company's broader mission and values, ensuring every project contributes to Dilate's strategic growth.
Use data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and deliver superior results for both internal teams and clients.

Extensive Experience: Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within the digital marketing or technology sector.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, AI, machine learning, and API integration, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
