A bit about the role...
Providing consultative support and guidance to deliver complete end-to-end recruitment solutions to recruit talented individuals into roles within The BUSY Group entities.
This role focuses on the quality and customer service to stakeholders without the pressures of KPI's.
The role will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and review, prepare and post job adverts, screen suitable applicants, schedule candidate interviews, and report on vacancies and candidate progression.
The role is supported by our People and Culture team and will work with the People and Culture Business Partners on projects to improve the employee experience and increase organisational capability.
This position is permanent full time based from our Southport office.
