What are you going to do:
You will oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of electrical works associated with the Decarbonisation project.
With your extensive knowledge of construction practices on mine sites, you will play a key role in supporting contractors and ensuring projects meet both safety and performance standards, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive the successful delivery of key responsibilities, including:
Oversee the management of multiple contractors and site projects Review and approve Contractor Inspection and Test Sheets Conduct punch list walkdowns and manage isolation requirements Interpret and review project drawings Liaise with Superintendents, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders on relevant matters Collaborate with commissioning teams for handovers and SIMOPS Lead field leadership activities and ensure Business Management System (BMS) obligations are met Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies Participate in training and safety initiatives and adhere to safety directives and work instructions Immediately report incidents or potential hazards and correctly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Uphold company values and code of conduct at all times Support workforce development through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages diverse ideas and surpasses business objectives Act with integrity, ensuring all activities are safe and compliant while holding others accountable Promptly identify and manage workplace incidents Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to join a leading Decarbonisation project team based across Pilbara operations on a 2/1 roster.
This is a 12-month contract role and is part of a major initiative to decarbonise mining, port, rail, Non-process Infrastructure (NPI), and mobile fleet operations in the Pilbara, with the goal of achieving real zero emissions by 2030.
Essential skills and knowledge:
WA A Grade Electrical licence High Voltage Switching certificate Current CPR/ LVR and First Aid certificate Valid Driver's Licence (Minimum C Class) Certificate IV in Instrumentation Over 10 years post trade experience and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in mining Experience in Fibre and communications networks and completions management systems Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster strong relationships Experience in High Voltage distribution networks overhead and underground Strong knowledge of Australian standards, regulations and codes of practice associated with HS&E construction, inspection, testing and commissioning Full Australian Working Rights Demonstrated commitment to safety and zero harm Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Benefits:
