The Senior Consultant – Alternative Medicine role is a new and exciting opportunity to help drive growth and provide expert consulting services within the expanding medicinal cannabis sector.
You'll be working closely with our current clients to understand their challenges and develop end-to-end solutions that enhance their operations.
This position is for a strategic thinker who has a deep understanding of the industry and is passionate about offering valuable consulting services in an emerging market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities to expand the client base and enhance the market presence within the medicinal cannabis sector.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored support and consultation to meet their evolving needs.Strategic Planning: Partner with clients to develop and implement effective business strategies that align with their goals in the medicinal cannabis space.Project Delivery: Manage the efficient delivery of consulting services, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Department Growth: Lead initiatives to grow the medicinal cannabis consulting department, mentoring junior team members and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, offering clients relevant insights and actionable recommendations.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on client performance, market trends, and departmental growth metrics to senior leadership.
About You
Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing or running medicinal cannabis businesses or clinics, with a proven track record in the sector.Business Development: Strong skills in business development and client relationship management, with a focus on driving growth.Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.Analytical Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing complex situations and delivering effective solutions.Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a focus on driving the department's success.Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of medicinal cannabis regulations and best practices is essential.Why Join Us?
