The OpportunityAs the LiveOps and Logistics Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Live Ops and Logistics Manager, supporting with BAU performance improvement and coordination across areas such as training, compliance and reporting, major escalations and store location management.
What you'll doBe the point of contact for customer queries that require assistance, guidance and support for escalations.Respond to and escalate serious driver issues with carriers.Assist in data gathering and reporting on KPIs, metrics and safety compliance for delivery providers.Assist with training and implementation activities for new and existing programs of work to the Live Ops team.Conduct regular check-ins with the team, providing constructive feedback, reviewing performance metrics and collecting team feedback.Update and maintain store locations and notes for drivers.Assist in setting up and managing stores from a Live Ops/Logistics perspective.What you'll bringAs an accelerator business, we value action over deliberation, data over instinct, and collaboration over hierarchy.
