Currently ACY Securities is seeking a Malaysian/Mandarin speaking Junior Account Manager as well as an English Speaking Account Manager (bilingual desired but not essential).
Here at ACY Securities we are rapidly expanding our Global Team and are looking to onboard a Junior Account Manager who has a passion for Sales.
At ACY Securities, we offer our clients state-of-the-art trading technology and educational resources that are suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.
This is a Junior role and no experience is needed. If you are a recent graduate or close to graduating from Finance or Business, we encourage you to apply.
The Key responsibilities of a Junior Account Manager will be: Convert prospective warm leads into new clients and communicate our company's products and benefits effectively.Support clients through phone calls, online chats, and social media channels.Liaise with the internal team to produce the best service for clients.Assist clients with trading-related enquiries.The Requirements: You are a citizen or holding a valid visa that allows you to work in Australia.Must have a passion for sales and the financial market.Must be flexible in working hours.Good phone etiquette and enjoy talking to customers to provide top-quality customer service.Perks and Benefits Attractive commission structure.Training from experienced mentors in the industry.Pool table.Lunch catering and free fruits and snacks.Discounted corporate gym and health membership available.Employee reward and recognition.You get to work with some pretty cool people.Our office is a 2 min walk from Chatswood Train/Metro and Bus Station and a 5 min walk to Chatswood Westfields.The Offer: This is a full-time position.
