The Opportunity The key purpose of the Sales Operations team is to enable the Sales teams to achieve their sales and revenue performance objectives.
We currently have a great opportunity based in Victoria for a Sales Operations Analyst supporting our Federal Government, Defense & Special Projects team.
You'll partner with Sales management and the Sales community to drive and provide day-to-day operational, commercial, and administrative support and efficiencies.
We're looking for someone with a passion for driving change and improving employee and customer experience.
Key to your success will be your deep execution capability to get things done.
*** Must be an Australian Citizen as you will need to be eligible to gain a government security clearance – NV1 *** What you'll be doing day-to-day Clean Order Entry processing and ValidationCommercial Validation and support through Pricing reviewsRaise and manage Purchase OrdersManagement of the required controls for services over the RBBPThird Party cost managementRevenue interlock – monitoring the sales cash cycleGeneral support as required by stakeholdersClose business partnering with Sales teamsContinuous process improvement initiativesAbility to operate in the following systemsVocus Advances Services SystemsOrder ManagerSPOCParty ManagerNon-Advances Services SystemSalesforceProntoSaturnWhat you'll bring to this role Deep understanding of Federal Government contracts and customersStrong business partnering capabilitiesA passion for problem-solving and supporting sales teams to achieve great outcomesStrong understanding of business processes and willingness to drive process improvementStrong commercial and operational disciplinesOutstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building skills, and ability to influence outcomes across the organization.An advanced Excel user and Salesforce user (preferably an admin level)Experienced in sales reporting and interpreting commercial dataStrong business and process knowledgeAbility to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficienciesHigh attention to detail and appreciation of broader business context and direction.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPeople leadership experienceWhat We Offer Working at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
