About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fund Operations Analyst.
This role presents a unique opportunity to support relationship management, work closely with portfolio managers, handle comprehensive fund operations, and contribute to the effective implementation of the firm's investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Relations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, handling inquiries, and ensuring clear and consistent communication.Fund Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the funds, ensuring accurate fund accounting, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations.Portfolio Administration: Manage the administrative processes for investment portfolios, including fund establishment, documentation, and regulatory filings.Cash Flow Management: Oversee capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management across multiple funds and investment vehicles.Performance Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund performance reports to investors and stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the firm's fund operations adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and investor satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations and adherence to best practices.Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in fund operations, or portfolio administration within the financial services or investment sector.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, fund structures, and reporting standards in Australia.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple funds.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.It is an exciting time to be part of a fast-growing organization with opportunities for career development and progression.
