Finance and Administration Officer
Ngutu College is an independent, not-for-profit, socially just College on Kaurna Country in Woodville North, South Australia.
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented person with a passion for finance and administration.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and support to our Finance and Operations Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable, receivable, payroll and end-of-month reconciliation experience.
Previous experience should include processing high volumes of invoices within a Financial Management Information System (Xero) and contributing to month-end and year-end processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage projects with meticulous attention are crucial for this role.

What you'll bring
A passion and drive for the not-for-profit sector, Aboriginal knowledge and community who can connect with and enhance Ngutu's philosophy.
Previous experience and qualification in finance, bookkeeping, operation or administration.
Strong Understanding of financial planning concepts and regulations, including a strong knowledge of GST.
Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
