Our unique heritage is built on a disruptive mindset, an innovative approach and a cool and free-minded spirit to think ahead and establish records.The TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, self-confident people who are connected to the future.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYIf you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is a rare and unique opportunity for you as we are currently seeking a high performing Deputy Boutique Manager to join our Sydney Boutique.Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties.Job ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn addition to maximising sales opportunities and developing potential clients, you will be:Driving the sales and results.Building collaborative working relationships with both customers and team members.Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.Ensuring excellent level of customer service reflected in your boutique and maintain effective relationships with customers.Providing an unforgettable experience in store.Assisting with coaching and training the retail team. Provide all team members with all the necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, product assortments.Assisting with VIP nights and corporate events.Assisting with management reporting on financials and performance as required.Inspiring the team to be in line with company and brand objectives.Achieving business targets, KPI's and goals through providing exceptional customer service.Implementing a culture of coaching in the store.Supporting the Boutique Manager – performance management, motivation, training, recruitment and career development.Suggesting incentive schemes which will motivate the team.ProfileABOUT YOUAt TAG Heuer, we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results-orientated and who balance well the 'think' and 'do'.
