Responsibilities
Lead by example, role model being simply welcoming to our guests, for your team.
Supervise day to day operations ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained with the Operations Manager.
Pro-actively assist the hotel team in solving any Guest issues or complaints, encouraging the team to use their initiative and empowerment guidelines.
Maximise all revenue opportunities.
Ensure the entire Front Office team work with a sales focused attitude and are aware of sales opportunities within the hotel.
Manage all direct reports in a professional and motivating manner with the Operations Manager.
Set personalised objectives for each direct report with the Operations Manager.
Ensure the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the Front Office operation.
Keep all systems up to date with accurate information and comply with Brand standards.
Deliver loyalty program benefits and promote enrolment of Hilton Honors.
About You
Previous Hilton front office experience.
Hold or be eligible to hold a current Approved Manager's Card.
Confident and professional personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience.
Strong communication skills, with a bonus for those who are multilingual.
Proficient technology skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations.
Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry.
