After 3 years in the team, you'll get an extra week's holiday that year.History Will be Kind are proud to support Minimum Standards to shine a positive light towards Mental HealthKeen to join?Available Roles: Account Executive / Senior Account ExecutiveRole DescriptionWe're seeking a full-time Account Executive/Senior Account Executive looking for their next career challenge to join our amazing Sydney-based team to:Help to ideate and implement creative communications strategies (think earned, influencer, content and social) from start to finish: gathering audience insights, monitoring current online conversation/coverage, investigating existing strategies, evaluating competitor performance and participating in creative brainstorms.Provide day-to-day support to the team and clients across account management, media engagement and influencer outreach.Support our insights function, including helping to set and achieve KPIs, benchmarking, reviewing audience feedback, monitoring engagement and responses to content and pitches.Monitor breaking news, industry trends, tools and data to help inform the team and client of relevant landscape shifts and help pivot activity as appropriate.Be an active member of new business pitches – winning the clients you want to work onWho are you?You have around two or more years experience working in agencies before, having been client-facing and managed multiple projects at a time.You have a strong understanding of earned media/PR, alongside influencer marketing and/or social media and want to learn how best to not only engage your audiences, but listen and learn from them.You're ambitious and have a drive to generate stand out results.You're organised and a people person.You have media contacts and great pitching skills.You are a confident writer (releases, Q&As, blogs).You are naturally curious, highly adaptable and a critical thinker – with a nose for a great story.The role reports to an Account Director for ongoing coaching and you will have dedicated development check-ins every quarter to help you smash your career goals and progress.
