About the roleOur client is seeking passionate and driven experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team.
Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:
Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plansDevelop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communicationUnderstanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standardsFlexible work arrangement to facilitate great work life balanceIndustry leading internal clinical development programMultidisciplinary Allied Health TeamRequirements: Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.If you are interested in this position please click Apply Now Salary / Pay Details: Competitive salary (Up to $110K based on experience) + CPD + Benefits
