We are Australian-owned, with a turnover of $400m, and employ 300 high-performing professionals at our offices in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast, Maroochydore, Brisbane, and Darwin.
About You:You will be an experienced lead Site Manager with knowledge and experience in cohesive, safe, and quality commercial project deliveries.
You will have a range of $20M plus projects experience including education, retail, industrial, defence, sporting, and commercial.
As a dedicated and hands-on Site Manager, you must be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to foster great relationships.
You must have prior experience managing a team of Foremen, Leading Hands, and Safety Officers, and will be able to demonstrate your experience in:
Managing commercial construction projects across various sectors;Management of quality, safety, and environmental processes;Programming (using Microsoft Project) and coordination of construction works;Working to project programs to meet deadlines and budget;Understanding of building methodologies, QHSE Act, Legislation, and Building Code;Reading and interpreting plans and specifications accurately;Managing delivery of large structural and services heavy packages;Part of our recruitment and onboarding process will require the successful candidate to undertake a medical assessment and provide a current Police Check.
