We are looking for a passionate and driven Pharmacy Group Area Manager to join our growing team and help drive our success
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to take charge of our stores in metro Sydney and regional New South Wales.
As the Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, driving performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
What You'll Be Doing Lead and inspire: Conduct store visits, audits, and hands-on leadership to support retail and pharmacist managers.Drive performance: Analyse sales, set KPIs, and implement strategies to boost revenue and efficiency.Ensure excellence: Uphold compliance, high service standards, and effective stock management.Empower teams: Recruit, train, and develop teams while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.Problem-solve: Address challenges proactively, from grievances to disciplinary actions, ensuring smooth operations.Build relationships: Partner with staff, stakeholders, and management to create a united front for success.What You'll Need Right to work in Australia.National Police Certificate (preferred).Ability to travel across designated areas.Why Join Us?
