Client Services OfficerLocation: Sydney | Type: 6-Months contract starting in January 2025
MARS Recruitment has partnered with a reputable financial institution seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional to deliver exceptional service to investor clients while facilitating applications and trading processes.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a proven background in registry or investor services within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for investors and the registry provider, ensuring seamless communication and support.Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing investor clients via phone and email.Assist investors with completing new applications and trading forms (e.g., subscription/redemption).Oversee the complaints process, collaborating with the risk and compliance team to address and document issues promptly.Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a client-facing role within banking or financial services, ideally in an investor contact center or registry.Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, managing inquiries via phone and email.Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).Why Join?
