The Opportunity The Customer Support Specialist to Payment Methods will be responsible for customer store change requests and new store activations for the Axis platform. Most of the customer base of Axis is in Europe, hence you will be working with a variety of customers (tickets) on a daily basis. Apart from Axis, the team also supports other managed services and products of Worldline. The Onboarding team and specialist will work on change projects, BAU processes and urgent requests. Day-to-Day Responsibilities You provide exceptional customer service via phone/email/ticketing system. You deal with customer requests from ticketing tools (Jira, SalesForce), analyze and complete within agreed timescales. Communicate with specialist groups (R&D, support L2, etc.) to carry out trouble-ticket resolution through appropriate configuration. You understand the customer's technical environment and configuration of payment solutions. You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our payment solution. You work on both BAU activities for French, UK, and Spain markets. What We Are Looking For Tertiary degree in a relevant technical discipline (Engineering/Computer Science/Software Engineering). Experience in a Linux environment (mandatory). Basic knowledge in scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus. Experience in payments or any retail technology products and services is a plus. Apart from the above mentioned technical expertise, we look for someone who is: Customer & business-oriented. Committed, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a positive "can do" attitude. Ability to work autonomously within a team environment. Must enjoy working within a changing and dynamic organization. Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to set and manage priorities. Proven interpersonal skills in relating to developers, systems engineers, and other technical specialists. Very good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English. Ability to comprehend complex technical subjects. Ability to translate technical language and concepts to non-technical audiences. Attention to detail and quality of work. High level of reliability and integrity. Ability to work with different cultures in a global and complex environment.
