The Role:As General Manager – Construction/Operations, you'll report directly to the Business General Manager and play a critical role in shaping the company's operational success.
Leading a talented team, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing team to consistently exceed client expectations.
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, resourcing, and execution.
Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Extensive experience managing construction, landscaping, or related projects and teams.
A strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Experience in landscaping or a related field is highly desirable but not essential.
