Coles Local is an established concept within the Coles fleet with multiple Coles Local stores operating across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will take pride in contributing to a store which is encouraging, warm, and welcoming for our team, customers, and community members.

About you and your skillsLead, coach and develop your teamRecognise and celebrate successTake a team approach to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirementsInspire customers through presentation, merchandising and stock managementAlways look to simplify processes and meet audit and compliance standardsCare passionately about providing a safe environment for our team and customersBe the point of contact within the store while the Store Manager is off duty or off-siteSupport all departments and provide coaching and guidanceBe bold and act with pace while ensuring quality of service and productsWhat's in it for you?More cash staying in your pocket: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
