Your Role Lead a team dedicated to making a difference in the community.Manage the busy retail operations at the Vinnies store in Mullumbimby 2482 as Store Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.Opportunities for career growth.Keep more of your income with salary packaging tax-free benefits.Your Responsibilities Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers.Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time.Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards.Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store.Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement.Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community.Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store.Using the company's mission and values to support decision making, acting as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.You Will Need Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR strong leadership potentials with good fashion sense.Strong focus on customer experience.Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching.Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.Apply Now If you have questions about this role, please email .
