The successful candidate will work with the business, global teams, and stakeholders across the company, as well as Clients or external vendors, to interpret stakeholder requirements, manage expectations and deliver positive outcomes.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining is part of State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) that manages and delivers on its multiple commitments to improve the IT service delivery and change, supports the business across key strategic initiatives and ensures successful delivery of the technology projects supporting revenue growth.What you will be responsible forProject manage and deliver projects such as client initiatives & onboardings, new product offerings and enhancements such as Tax and Regulatory projects.Develop and manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation to achieve program objectives and milestones, communicate resource needs and constraints clearly.Lead solutions, development and testing across multiple platforms and applications.Assist with system business analytics to ensure the best outcome is achieved.Partner closely with various agile teams, business and vendors to manage technology programs ensuring execution and delivery of end-to-end solutions.Lead/Participate in the definition and tracking of the IT Delivery roadmap.Coordinate and utilize resources across multiple projects.Communicate project objectives, goals and progress to clients, senior management and other stakeholders.Clearly present project status, risks, and issues as they occur. Track, manage and report all 'At Risk' items clearly and in a timely manner.Communicate program progress, issues and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams using strong communication and influencing skills to gather support and alignment.Ensure that project artifacts are audit ready and compliant with CIS and SDLC policies/procedures.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Complex project management, global scope, multiple dependencies.Excellent initiative, planning and decision-making skills.Very strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Understanding of the financial markets and business operating models.Collaboration across multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal.Previous client-facing, operations and technology change experience background preferable.Excellent influencing skills required.Ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.At least 7 years of proven project management experience.Proven Business Analysis skills.Financial Markets Knowledge and Understanding.Experience of stakeholder management.Work ScheduleHybridWhy this role is important to usOur technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
