Senior Payments Business Analyst - Permanent - Sydney(Open to Australian PR holders only)Demonstrated experience and knowledge as a Senior Business Analyst in Payments/Banking or Financial Services is ESSENTIAL with either Cards, Mobile Payments, NPP, BPay or EFTpos experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on requirements gathering, detailed design, workflow, functional specification and stakeholder management.Ideally you will have a good understanding of the integration between the TSP (Token Service Provider) and mobile platforms.8 years+ of proven Business Analysis experience in requirements gathering, detailed design, functional specification, and stakeholder management.• Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and manage varied client and stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.• Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, interpret, analyse and translate complex business information from stakeholders into documented solutions.• Intermediate to advanced level skills in the day-to-day use of typical Microsoft programs (including Visio, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).• Ability to take on multiple complex, high-profile projects or programs spanning multiple integrated systems and multiple stakeholders across departments• Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor and guide junior/mid-level Business Analysts in the team to enhance team performance• Experience in delivering one or more payment solutions and productsExperience in Cards payments related streams Card issuing, schemes, clearing and settlement, ATM/EFTPOS devices, switchingExperience in Cards tokenisation, mobile wallet provisioning, apple pay, google pay, Samsung payKnowledge of financial message standards like AS2805, ISO8583, ISO20022Experience in NPP, RTGS, DE, BPAY, International money transferExperience in building and implementing Payments Fraud monitoring and AML monitoring• Experience in Business process mappingWFH three days a week and no meetings on a Friday.Please only apply if you have full working rights in Australia.
