Full Time Role with Market Leading Tank ManufacturerBe part of a large multinational companyWe are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team based at Epping, VIC. The Role Reporting to the E-Commerce Lead, your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure customer enquiries are actioned within appropriate timeframesMonitor online web platforms and being solely responsible for web enquiries and ordersEffectively manage email and phone enquiries for new, existing and potential customers across all builder channelsBecome a subject matter expert for tank connections, installations, product suitability and technical specifications for the Customer Service teamEscalate technical issues and enquiries to the E-Commerce Sales LeadProvide sales support to the national sales team, including order entryBuild solid working relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersIdentify areas for improvement to realise cost reductions, and service, quality and safety improvementsHandle complex/technical customer enquiries and act as an escalation point for the Customer Service teamFollow up and convert quotes and inbound sales enquiries into sales within appropriate timeframesAbout You: 2 years+ experience gained in the Manufacturing or Construction industryExperience working in the plumbing, irrigation or trade industries or relevant fieldAbility to read and interpret hydraulic plans, house plans and analyse technical informationConfidence communicating directly with retail and industry customersMotivated and driven to expand salesHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to think on your feet and problem solve under pressureStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectivelyIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience using CRM'sAbout Us Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.
