Supervise a team of employees & volunteers , ensuring a dynamic & positive customer experience.

Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops.

In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17p/hr + superannuation, you will have access to:
An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave Ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more.
10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.

About you To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising.
You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
