Job Description:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with our care teams to provide quality clinical and personal care to residents, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to patient-centered care and a proactive approach to support and uphold the highest standards in aged care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans Work collaboratively within a team to meet clinical and personal care needs Document and maintain accurate patient records Assist in assessments and development of resident care plans Uphold infection control standards and contribute to a safe environment Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Recent National Police Check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to care Ability to work effectively within a team Covid certificate Benefits:
