With NDIS focus, our service is structured to assist the individual to remain within their own home environment and reduce the occurrence of premature or inappropriate presentations to Emergency departments.
We are committed to the delivery of a collaborative, holistic quality service tailored toward the individual client's needs.
Maxlife Care was created to bridge the gap between disability support and mainstream medical care.
Founded by two doctors with over 60 years of experience supporting people with complex medical conditions and disabilities.
We are currently seeking female Registered or Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about the care of complex care participants in the community.
Responsibilities: Experience with tracheostomyExceptional stakeholder management.Provision of clinical services, education, consultation and health promotion.Deliver safe and specialised holistic nursing care to participants in the community.Wound Care and Management.Completion of required reports and documentation.Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, building ongoing and positive communications with client stakeholders, such as local GPs, allied therapists, carers and family.Working within a shift environment, which may include morning, afternoon/evening and weekend shifts, public holidays, and active nights.Education of EN within team to deliver exceptional care.To be successful in this position, you will have the following: Be an AHPRA enrolled nurse with no restrictions.Experience working in the community setting (i.e., community nursing).Possess strong focus on person-centered, exceptional care and a commitment to quality client outcomes.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.The ability to manage change and provide responsive services to meet client needs.About Us: Maxlife Care is a provider of premium disability and aged care services led by a team of dedicated doctors and has an experienced team of support workers.
