In this role, you will use your IT technical skills and/or analytical ability to help our customers get the most from their investment in our software. You will analyse and develop requirements, and turn that into results by configuring new products and features within the software.
Our software covers all aspects of superannuation administration and management and you will provide analytical and technical support to both internal and external clients. You will therefore assist with configuration, scripting, testing and documentation for superannuation administration systems and supporting systems such as business process management and customer communications management solutions.
