Due to their current growth stage and future plans, they are seeking a Principal Environmental Consultant to spearhead the environmental division to new heights.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Principal Environmental Consultant in Contaminated Lands, you will lead site assessment and remediation projects.
Responsibilities include managing teams, developing client relationships, ensuring project quality, and mentoring junior staff.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for delivering effective solutions that uphold this consultancy's commitment to technical excellence.
DUTIES.
Lead and manage complex contaminated site assessment and remediation projects Conduct preliminary and detailed site investigations to identify contaminants and assess risks Develop remediation action plans and evaluate options for contaminated sites Oversee and implement remediation techniques performed by junior consultants Develop and maintain relationships with existing clientele and deliver on client needs Prepare project tenders and cost estimates Lead the broader team to ensure budgets and timelines are met Train, mentor, and guide junior Environmental Engineers/Consultants SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science Extensive local experience in contaminated land projects Proven experience in managing and leading a team Excellent communication and client relationship abilities CULTURE.
